Any delegates presenting posters are entitled to book at the early rate. Please download the pdf of the application and mark 'Poster Presenter' and send with payment to the below address.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing before Friday 19 October 2007 will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Society considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund.
